Discussion & Conclusions
To determine whether two new spacer device (MicroSpacer®, MicroChamber®), alter the mass of respiratory particles delivered from several metered dose inhalers (MDI).
Both MicroSpacer® and MicroChamber® have little or no effect upon the size distribution of the respirable aerosol particles. The aerosol particles are successfully delivered and available for patients to inhale deep into their lungs.
